Asam Pedas Ikan Pari

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Easypaste Asam Pedas
  • 500g stingray (cut into medium pieces)
  • 2 okras (cut into halves)
  • 1 tomato (quartered)
  • 3 sprigs of daun kesum (Vietnamese coriander)
  • 1 tamarind slice (optional for extra tanginess)
  • 1 red chili (sliced, optional for garnish)

Steps:

  1. Pour the entire packet of Easypaste Asam Pedas into a pot—no water needed!
  2. Bring the paste to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  3. Add the stingray pieces and tamarind slice, and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the fish is tender.
  4. Add okras, tomatoes, and daun kesum, and simmer for another 3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with sliced chili, and serve hot. Enjoy!
