Simple & Delicious Asam Pedas Ikan Pari
Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Easypaste Asam Pedas
- 500g stingray (cut into medium pieces)
- 2 okras (cut into halves)
- 1 tomato (quartered)
- 3 sprigs of daun kesum (Vietnamese coriander)
- 1 tamarind slice (optional for extra tanginess)
- 1 red chili (sliced, optional for garnish)
Steps:
- Pour the entire packet of Easypaste Asam Pedas into a pot—no water needed!
- Bring the paste to a gentle boil over medium heat.
- Add the stingray pieces and tamarind slice, and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the fish is tender.
- Add okras, tomatoes, and daun kesum, and simmer for another 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, garnish with sliced chili, and serve hot. Enjoy!
